Muhammad Ayub Khosa was born in 1960 at Jacobabad, Balochistan. He was born to a mixture of Balochi and Pashtun parents. If talking about his education so he completed schooling from Grammar school Quetta and graduation from the University of Balochistan.

Ayub Khosa has a passion of acting since his school days and he also started the career from his school shows.

The first appearance of him on TV was the drama serial Chaon that was telecast from PTV Quetta center.

He spends the early days of his life in Quetta and now he is living in Karachi, Sindh. He is also a fluent speaker of almost 6 languages including English, Urdu, Balochi, Pashto, Brahui, Sindhi.

He is working in this field from around 3 decades and got a lot of appreciation and love from Pakistan. He was also been nominated as the best Film actor on his work for the film O21 in lux style awards 2015.
